He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (M.No:216271). He has over 18 years of extensive experience in Attestation Services, Audit & Assurances Services and Business Advisory Services. He is associated in conducting various kinds of Audits - Statutory, Internal, Concurrent and Special Purpose Audits etc. for large Private Sector and Public Sector Entities.
He has a good exposure to Statutory Audit, Concurrent Audit, stock Audit, ISA Audit, Data migration Audit of Various Banks while working in M/s.M.Bhasakara Rao & Co a reputed CA Firm in Hyderabad.

He has an extensive experience in rendering audit & advisory services and business advisory services to Infrastructure Development/ Construction companies and other Companies during their project implementations. He was involved in Review and Designing the Commercial Systems, Cost Accounting System, Budgetary Control System, Management Information System and Project Monitoring Systems.

He has engaged in executing in updating Municipal Accounts in seven municipalities in Andhra Pradesh when he was associated with MBRC a big audit firm in India.

He has designed Fee module for developing an applications package to maintain records of students of an educational institution and supervised successful transition of manual records to computer records when he was a partner in M.V Narayana reddy & co. a big audit firm in Hyderabad.

He has working experience in Bank in credit evaluation and now acting as consultant for project finance companies and firms having DSA of various Banks.

His has specialized skills in issuing various types Certificates including Project Cost Certificates during and after Project Implementation Stages and after Implementation Stage, Annual Cost Data for fixation of Pricing of end product, it's intermediary products including Raw Water Costs, DM Water Costs etc., Technical Operating Data, Transport Claims, Valuation of shares, Future Flows etc.

CA KASIREDDY SAMPATH KUMAR REDDY

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (M.NO.262019). He has been in the profession since 2021. He possesses very rich experience in handling All types of Audit, and also expert Knowledge in Project finance, Taxation, Project study and evaluation of financial viability. He is well versed in dealing taxation matters and registration of companies, firms and societies, and has hands on experience in company law matters. He is also actively associated with multiple start-ups in various industries. Since last 2 years he is doing statutory bank audit of IOB and concurrent audit of co-operative banks.

CA GOVINDA RAO K V

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (M.No: 008628) and senior member in our firm. He worked for a Project finance company for more than 10 years and involved in all stages of Project report preparation to getting of project finance from banks and financial institutions for various national and international projects. He got a very rich experience in internal audit, concurrent Audit, stock audit and Management Audit. He has been in the profession since 1967. Besides he has got professional expertise in the fields of Direct and Indirect Taxation, Accounting, Statutory audit, Internal Audit, project finance and Management Consultancy apart from having rich experience in Income tax, Excise, service tax assessments/Audit, FEMA, Customs with various companies.
